Having a kid sure does a number on our camera's memory card. I don't know if I blogged about Christmas very much at all other years...but here I am on my 5th post in 2 days!
So, Christmas Day was as much fun as Christmas Eve. Of course it was a little different than what I'm used to but it was fun just the same. I love opening presents in pajamas and I ADORE Christmas with little kids. Lynny was adorable and Audrey's eyes were wide with wonder the whole time. She started really enjoying her presents when there were less distractions (watching wrapping being torn is pretty amazing the first time) and we are so grateful for the things she got- lots of board books and new toys.

Andrew gave probably the most beloved gift of Christmas for this year. He drew Lynny's name this year and gave her a Snow White Barbie. Right when the wrapping was ripped enough to see it she started saying, "My princess! My princess!" and continued to rip it as fast as she could. This was followed by an immediate, "Open please, open please!" to her dad and then the biggest sweetest hug a doll has probably ever received. She carried it with her the rest of the day and by night poor Snow White was missing her shoes, crown, and had hair that rivaled Tina Turner. It was just adorable. It made me so excited to have a two year old Audrey someday who will treasure a toy that much.

The rest of the day was spent relaxing, watching movies, eating more awesome food, playing games, and skyping with Hyrum. There was one game that had everyone exploding with laughter- EJ could't even talk! Wish I had gotten pictures of it. It was a really great day!
