This blog is once again serving it's purpose for me: I am happier.
Because of how enthused I am about blogging lately I notice so much more happy moments in a day. And I'm able to laugh more during the ridiculous exasperating moments (like me walking several blocks along a busy street with three crying kids packed onto the stroller) with the thought of "this will be so funny to blog about later." I don't end up blogging about every little thing (even if it seems like I do!), but the blog still serves it's purpose because the thought of it gets me through rough moments and helps my sense of humor override my frustration. Does this all make sense?
So I'm loving blogging.
But I have a problem.
Pictures.
I take about 10-20 pictures every single day.
That's just a fact of life when you have cute kids.
Which means by the end of the week I have 70-150 pictures to blog about.
You see the problem.
When I try to be more choosy about pictures I still end up with 30 or 40 in just one post!
That's why I've ended up with all these posts of mostly pictures and little writing.
Which then kind of starts to defeat the purpose of the blog for me. Because I think that's why I end up taking long stretches away from the blog...it starts to overwhelm me. Because of the pressure of keeping up with the pictures!
I don't really have a solution or a goal to share about how I'm going to try and change this!
Because I want to remember everything!!! Even little moments at home like this:

Geez. I guess it's just another thing to prove to me how good my life is when I get down.
