Audrey's second birthday was last week! I love this girl so much. To celebrate on her actual birthday I made her a fun breakfast and we did some fun activities for her and Hadley, like pudding painting! Which then led to playing outside in the water to wash off. Then the next day Grandma and Grandpa Dobbins and Aunt Billie Jean came over for dinner, cake and ice cream, and presents. Audrey got a little spoiled, but she's been sharing her new toys really well with Hadley. I need to gather pictures from that evening from everyone else's phones to post on here. In the meantime here are some pictures from Audrey's actual birthday:
Here are some two year old Audreyisms:
She talks more than the average two year year old and I've been trying so hard to get a good video of how much she talks. Of course as soon as the video turns on she's silent.
She knows so many songs and she loves to dance. Her favorite songs to dance to are probably Uptown Funk, Happy, and What Does the Fox Say which is Hadley's favorite.
She carries Camille Mia, my old cabbage patch doll, around with her the way I carry Hannah around. She sings to her, tries to change her diaper, and puts her to bed. Sometimes I'll here a door close and she'll come running to me to tell me to be quiet cause the baby's sleeping. Then she gets really mad when she can't get the door open to get her.
She's gotten really good at pretending and I absolutely LOVE it.
She so good at focusing on something.
She's also become a little theatrical in her emotion lately, having mastered the fake cry. When she's sad she'll come up to me and say "Mommy, do you wanna hold me?"
She is a great big sister, and is always very obedient where Hannah is concerned. If I ever give her a direction regarding Hannah, like don't jump on the bed when Hannah's laying there, she'll listen very well. Then as soon as I pick Hannah back up, she'll yell "Now I can jump!" She helps me with Hannah all the time.
She is an amazingly fast learner.
I have so many things I want to write about Audrey and how wonderful she is. I'll probably add to this list as I have time. Audrey is growing into such a beautiful smart little person and I'm so proud to call her my daughter.

Okay and I have no idea what Addy and Audrey were doing here, but I think this sequence of pictures is HILARIOUS.
I LOVE LIFE WITH AUDREY.
