Wind in my Sails

It's been a whirlwind lately.  

For those of you who don't know, I am currently in school finishing up my Bachelors degree online through BYU Idaho!  

It's kind of big deal!  

And it's kind of a super busy time of life for us all right now over here in our little two bedroom apartment.  

To quote my Grandpa, I'd say there's a heap o' living happening over here.

Also....

With things going so fast, here is the perfect thing to post- something that actually fell through the cracks last year when it should've been posted.  My lovely and talented sister-in-law Cassie Dobbins took some beautiful, impromptu, spring family photos for us last year with the amazing Salt Lake cherry blossoms up by the Capitol Building downtown.  In the craziness of life they got lost on our computer and I only found them recently after searching them out.  I'm so regretful that I didn't post them earlier.  

But...in this slightly overwhelming season of life, it was actually a nice little pick-me-up kind of blessing to find them again and reflect on my great little family, who we are together, and why Andrew and I are doing all that we're doing.  Especially Andrew.  Because he is doing a lot.  And I love him forever.  

These pictures served maybe a better purpose now than they would've last year. 

They reappeared at the perfect moment 

and put some wind in my sails.

So here they are.

(Also, please note that Eli's cheeks in these pictures are about double what they are now...babies grow so fast...but their cheeks shrink.  And now I'm crying.....)

So thank you, Cassie and Matt!  They seriously are wonderful photographers and I highly recommend them to everyone, especially those of you in California...........because that is where they live now...….no matter how sad I am about it.

And here is an amazing current picture of us taken over Christmas by my super talented brother-in-law Lester.  Here at possibly our very favorite spot on earth, the cliffs by my house in California.

Here are some pictures of me and Lester being best friends when we were young.  Please note- Julia is nowhere in sight.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  Proof that he really married into the family because he wanted me as a sister.
